Refund Policy

Due to the intangible and personalised nature of spiritual work, all sales are final once a spell casting has commenced. We dedicate time, materials and energy to your ritual which cannot be recovered. If you decide to cancel before the work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This will be discussed during your consultation.

We strive for client satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns, including performing follow‑up work if appropriate. However, no refunds are issued after a spell has been performed.
